Room available in Charlottesville, VA

I'm looking for someone to sublet my room in a 3bedroom, 3 full bath apartment. Cable TV with HBO, Internet, Water, Sewer and trash is all included. You'll have your own private bathroom as well. Dryer/Washer is in the apartment, dishwasher, microwave, gym, pool, tanning bed, sun deck and computer/study, free parking, shuttle provided to and from the university, 3 minutes walk to city bus stop and more. Your roommates will consist of two UVA Graduate students in the Architecture school (a guys and a girl). Most of the time they are not home and they are very clean as well. Electricity is shared between all 3 which usually runs about $20 each. Please email me if interested.
