I'm an international student who will be leaving the country before the end of the leasing and would like to find a girl to take over my bedroom lease for June and July, starting May [removed phone] days for free). And you would also have the option of keeping it for the rest of the year.It's a 2 bedroom that you would share with another roommate. The lease includes private bathrooms and washer/dryer in unit. There's a gym, clubhouse, resort-style pool and computer lab on site. Rent is $875 per month plus gas and electricity. The utilities included on the rent are: ($875 which includes) water, cable and WiFi. The address is 2101 Arlington Blvd. It is right next to a shopping center and a 5-minute walk to the law school and business school. The parking space costs an additional of $55 per month. Also I am leaving my furniture for free: a queen bed with mattress, a desk, chest of drawers, and a nightstand table. ( if interest: pillow, sheet set, towel, bath curtains, rubs, etc..)I am open to negotiate
