UVa Apartment Sublet in Charlottesville, VA

I would like to sublet my apartment for the first two months of my lease to University of Virginia students or faculty. It is available for subletting from June 7, 2015 - mid/late August, 2015. It is a double, with a spacious living room and bedrooms, and has been recently remodeled. It is only a 7-10 minute walk to University Grounds, making it a convenient place to stay especially if you are in Charlottesville for an internship or research. The rent is $885 a month ($775 for the month of June because of the start date), making the rent you have to pay as a single sub-letter only $442.50 a month (plus electricity and internet costs).
